all body mind spirit yoga classes begin with a mindful centering through guided breathing exercises and meditation. Seated stretches provide a gentle but thorough warm-up readying students for a natural flow of poses. Classes include a well-rounded variety of yoga postures: standing, seated, kneeling, twists, backbends, supine and inversions.
